vploq · for UK installers and integrators

Get back onto a customer site without a call out.

More and more sites have no public IP left, so the remote access you set up at handover quietly stops working. vploq is a small box on the customer network that dials out. Nothing is opened, nothing is exposed, and you reach the site from your own office.

Ships Q4 2026. A single unit is $224.99 and is cancellable for a full refund any time before it ships.

Your office

The box never listens for an incoming connection. It dials out, the same direction a browser does, so it works behind CGNAT and behind an IT department that will not open a port.

One small box per site. Nothing on the customer's router.

Plug it into a spare port, power it over USB-C, and the site is reachable from your account. No client software on the customer's machines, no shared password, no change to their broadband.

Outbound

Nothing is exposed

No listening port on the customer network, so there is nothing to find and nothing to explain to their IT. Traffic is encrypted end to end and we cannot read it.

Whole site

Not just the box

You reach the other kit on the subnet, so the NVR, the switch, the NAS and the controller are all in scope, not only the device you fitted.

Per engineer

Access you can take back

Every engineer has their own access rather than a shared password, you can revoke it, and there is a record of who connected. That is the question your customer asks.

Three things that are only true before launch.

vploq ships in Q4 2026. Everything here is pre-order, and that is exactly why this quarter is worth more to you than the one after it.

01

A place in the first production run

Batch one is being built for Q4 2026 and it is a finite run. Units agreed now come out of it. We are not going to put an invented allocation number on a web page, because you would ask about it on the call and we would have to admit it was made up.

02

Partner terms from five units

Partner terms start at five units. It is a one off hardware purchase: no subscription, no fee per site, no fee per seat. Where your volume lands on the ladder is a conversation, not a number we publish before we have spoken.

03

Software wishes still land in the build

There is real development time between now and launch, and the priority list is not closed. What you tell us now still shapes what ships. We are not promising you a feature on a web page. We are saying the people who talk to us this quarter are the ones putting things on the list.

Try one, or talk about five and up.

These are deliberately separate. Buying one unit needs no conversation at all. Volume does, because the questions at that size are not questions a web page can answer.

One unit

Put one on a real site

$224.99 on vploq.com, no call needed. Your card is charged when you reserve, which is what funds the production run, and it is cancellable for a full refund any time before your unit ships. Delivery Q4 2026.

Honestly, this is the sensible order. Try it on the site that keeps costing you a call out, then talk to us about volume with an opinion rather than a guess.

Five or more

Fifteen minutes, then a written offer

Partner terms start at five units. At that size you will want payment terms, an invoice to the company, a delivery commitment and an answer to "what happens if Q4 moves", and those belong in a conversation.

The call is fifteen minutes. Bring your engineer if that is faster. If vploq is not right for the kit you install, we would rather say so than sell you twenty boxes.

What we are not going to claim.

You have been sold to by vendors before. Here is the part most pages leave out.

A small team, and you get the founder.

Igor JakobencsukCo-founder, vploq

I take these calls myself, which is the only reason a fifteen minute slot is worth anything to you: nothing gets passed to a sales team and nothing gets checked with anyone before you get an answer.

vploq is built by InTallyCon Development FZCO, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai, UAE. The first production run is being built in Europe. The shop at vploq.com is live and taking pre-orders today, and the first units ship in Q4 2026.

The ones that come up first.

Is there a subscription?

No. It is a one off hardware purchase. No subscription, no fee per site, no fee per seat, no renewal conversation a year later.

Does it work behind CGNAT?

Yes, that is the point of it. The box never accepts an inbound connection, it dials out. There is no public IP to find, no port to forward, no DDNS to keep alive and nothing for the customer's next broadband change to break.

Do I have to touch the customer's router or their IT policy?

No. It plugs into a spare Ethernet port and takes power over USB-C. Nothing is opened on the firewall, so there is nothing for an IT department to sign off and nothing to undo when you hand the site over.

What can my customer see, and can they cut me off?

Every engineer has their own access rather than a shared password, so access can be granted and revoked per person and there is a record of who connected. That matters in both directions: customers do wonder what their installer can see, and a shared NVR login gives them no way to check.

How much is it, and what does partner pricing look like?

A single unit is $224.99 on vploq.com, which is the pre-order price and already carries a discount. Partner terms start at five units. The steps in the ladder depend on volume and we agree them on the call rather than publishing them, because we would rather commit to a number for your actual order than advertise one and renegotiate.

Why is it in dollars?

Because the shop bills in US dollars today. A UK price in pounds is not fixed yet. When it is, it will be on this page, and we are not going to invent one in the meantime.

How do I know you will deliver?

You do not have to take that on trust. Order a single unit and it is cancellable for a full refund any time before it ships, so the worst case is that your money comes back. Put one on a site, decide for yourself, and talk to us about volume after that.

What happens if Q4 2026 moves?

For a single unit, the refund position above covers you completely. For a partner order it is a fair question and it is one of the things we put in writing before you commit, which is part of why five units and up goes through a call.

Where are you based, and what about returns?

InTallyCon Development FZCO, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai, UAE. A UK company and UK based fulfilment are being set up and are not finished, so we are not claiming a UK importer, a UK warehouse or a UK returns address on this page. Today an RMA is handled by us directly. If a UK returns address is a condition for you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly where that stands.

Can I resell it to my customers, or is it my own tool?

Both happen, and it changes what makes sense for you commercially, so it is one of the first things we ask. Worth knowing before you decide: the consumer price is public on vploq.com, so the money in this for an installer is normally in the work it saves and the service you can offer, not in a margin on the box.

Fifteen minutes, before the first run is built.

A few questions when you book, so the call starts with your situation instead of our slides. If vploq does not suit the sites you look after, you will hear that from us in the same fifteen minutes.
